Insight Global Desktop Support Technician in Roseland, New Jersey
Job Description
Candidate will work onsite supporting users both in person and remotely. They will work with a team of desktop support associates to deliver exceptional support and service to our end users, all while working in an upbeat and rewarding environment. Majority of the time they will receive, configure and deploy laptops for new associates and provide training on those laptops. They will provide PC replacements when needed, complete data restores from backup and troubleshoot any printer or bitlocker issues. Candidates will be working with Mac, Windows, and mobile devices but will primarily be working with Mac devices. This position will be onsite 5 days a week in Roseland, NJ.

Skills and Requirements
-3+ years of experience in an enterprise company doing desktop support mainly with Mac
-Excellent customer service skills and experience working with a ticketing system
-Experience doing PC data backups/restores
-Experience configuring laptops and desktops for new users
-Experience supporting Outlook and Office 365
-Willing to be on-site 5 days a week in Roseland, NJ - Experience with ServiceNow null
