Insight Global SCPO Product Owner in Rosemont, Illinois

Job Description

The Product Owner is responsible for enhancing IT capabilities within their organization. They drive the vision and strategy for a specific product, ensuring consistent value creation throughout the delivery process. The Product Owner represents the needs of customers and stakeholders, aiming to maximize ROI by identifying essential features and breaking them down into clear user stories. Additionally, they may handle resourcing, budgeting, and financial decisions at the product team level. Collaborating closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, UX designers, Architects, QA, and DevOps team members, the Product Owner designs and delivers innovative solutions and product features.

Skills and Requirements

5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Consulting, or IT Business Analysis.

BlueYonder SCPO supply chain planning solutions,

demand planning

fulfillment modules.

Bachelor's degree Agile or SAFe certifications are highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to drive change within large, complex organizations.

Proficiency in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Atlassian) and flowchart tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid Chart).

Experience working with databases (e.g., Oracle) and handling large datasets, along with prior knowledge of coding techniques used in SCPO.

In-depth understanding of demand planning processes in retail or the food industry, as well as a broader comprehension of supply chain planning processes.

Familiarity with best practices, including the application of AI/ML to enhance planning process efficiency and accuracy. null
