Insight Global Corporate Security Officer in Sacramento, California
Job Description
Oversee physical security for a Credit Union, conduct internal investigations.
Implement and monitor security strategies, ensure compliance at branches across California.
Understand and apply relevant laws and regulations to credit union operations.
Manage security systems and protocols, provide executive protection.
Liaise with Electronic Services Division, ATM vendors, and security firms on security matters.
Direct armed and unarmed guards, ensuring adherence to security policies.
Handle bank robbery incidents, train staff on security procedures, and travel for statewide training.
Manage Violence in the Workplace (VWP) through interviews, investigations, and policy enforcement.
Support internal probes into theft, information breaches, and other security incidents.
Evaluate security at potential branch sites to guide selection decisions.
Available for mobile/pager communication 7 days a week.
Remote diagnosis of security issues, with potential on-site visits for resolution.
May require extended work hours for task completion.
PAY RATE: 36-38/hr

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 5 years in Physical/Corporate Security or Executive Protection.
3 years' experience in financial institution operations and procedures.
Proficient in oral/written communication, PC/software use, and interpersonal relations.
Keen on security, loss prevention, with high ethical standards and professionalism.
Capable of clear communication, providing security guidance, and document preparation.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Law enforcement background null
