Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add an A/P Processor to our distribution client's Shared Services team. This position plays a crucial role in an organization's financial operations. They manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs including 3 different ERP systems (As400, JDE world and JDE Enterprise 1). Their daily tasks include processing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges. A/P Specialists also establish and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payment of bills and payroll. Additionally, they perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts. Preparing financial reports and tax records for audits is part of their responsibilities. This a hybrid position in the St. Louis area requiring one day on-site. This is subject to change.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business related field OR 2 years of professional experience in A/P processing
Must be able to work independently
Attention to detail
Experience with data entry - AS400 (greenscreen) experience
-Banking or financial background
- ERP preferred null
