Job Description
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with specific background in Energy/Utility/Refinery industry. This person will need to have at least 5 years of experience
Primary Responsibility:
Create and collaborate a visualization platform (knowledge management) for the operations team
The tool is called Asset Intellect (myops) and links operations (refinery) to the IT teams familiarity with OSI PI is a plus tableau / Power BI is helpful Asset Intellect is a very niche reporting tool and not required.
The platforms cover the entire refinery entity in the business and that will cover the bulk of responsibility for this role. However, there are other business lines this team supports.
This is an agile team
The reports will be visually appealing to include incidents for safety/environmental factors and creates a visual for the operations team to look at different refineries to help the sites to understand how to best use their resources and what is valuable to the site
OSI pi familiarity is helpful
Portal adoption with the operations teams will be a responsibility of this person.
The team is 5-6 people and engages outward. Background in refinery would be ideal.
Pay Rate: $60-70/hour
