Job Description
An employer is looking for an IT Consultant in the San Antonio area. This person will work alongside the Director of Strategy and Planning under the Property and Casualty group for a large financial services company. They will need to understand industry concepts and trends, technical strategy, and put into a graphically pleasing PowerPoint and other software programs. Present to high level executives and key stakeholders. Must be a strong writer and speaker, and feel confident to work independently, taking little direction, and make high-level decisions based off of minimal information given. They will be involved in research and strategy of new technologies, such as CSR of the future, generative AI, CRM, etc.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in IT or management (ideal candidate will have BS in CompSci & MBA)
5 years of experience in consulting / IT management
Technical background (ITIL, architecture, infrastructure)
Excellent written and oral skills
Familiarity with new technology and ability to learn new skills quickly (generative AI, CRM, etc.)
Understanding of industry trends and technical strategy, concept to strategy to presentation
Strong ability of building PowerPoints MBA
P&C Auto experience
Experience supporting financial services industry
Come from a big four company (Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC)
ITIL certification null
