Insight Global Service Technician III in San Antonio, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a travelling service technician for a construction engineering company in San Antonio, Texas. This person will serve as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. This role includes around 85% travel around the DFW area and will be provided a truck, laptop and phone to travel to customer sites. Some essential duties included are below.
Diagnose system performance through observation, testing and setup
Perform planned maintenance and inspections utilizing hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams and device data sheets
Complete service contracts, quoted projects and demand service calls while communicating with stakeholders to customers satisfaction
Coordination of subcontractors and provide guidance to technicians

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years' experience as a Service Technician
Strong understanding configuring, troubleshooting and programming with Tridium Niagara
Familiarity troubleshooting with 2/3 additional Building Automation Systems (BAS) such as Johnson Controls (JCI), Distech or Siemens - Tridium Niagara Certifications null
