Insight Global Project Coordinator in San Diego, California
Job Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for tracking and monitoring project data completeness and data accuracy. The Project Coordinator oversees project procedures for collecting data and manages data QA/QC. The Project Coordinator supports organizational change management and community-based outreach activities.
Responsibilities
-(20%) Project Process Management - Project coordinators play a major role in conflict resolution and problem solving on a wide variety of risks and issues as project roadblocks are encountered. The Project Coordinator will identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
-(30%) Tracks, reports and analyzes performance, measure results and indicators. The Project Coordinator should assist in maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
(30%) Effectively collaborates with internal departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to define requirements, assess alternatives, and present solutions to business and regulatory challenges. Including supporting organizational change management and community-based outreach engagement activities.
(15%) Performs special cost and project requirement studies as assigned.
(5%) Performs other project coordinator duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience doing project/program coordination
Data management or data entry experience
Microsoft Office proficiency - Experience in the energy, utility, or clean transportation space
Smartsheet experience
Power BI experience null
