Insight Global Systems Engineer/ Product Owner in San Diego, California
Job Description
A client in San Diego is looking for a Systems Engineer or technical Product Owner to work with software development and testing teams. They will be breaking requirements down into user stories, and will work in an Agile environment to help push projects to completion. They will be estimating timelines, coordinating software reviews, presenting testing results, and collecting info about the capabilities being added to the program.
Work site locations are San Diego (preferred), Norfolk VA, or Rome NY.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years as a Systems Engineer or Product Owner
Experience working with software development and testing teams
Experience working in NGA, NRO, or Space programs, specifically with satellite or imagery systems
Experience breaking requirements down into user stories, using JIRA for documentation
Experience working within Agile environment and with technical teams to move products forward
Active Top Secret clearance, ability to obtain SCI TS/SCI null
