Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Systems Project Manager to assist with the planning, pre-implementation and implementation of their ERP system! This individual will help consolidate the existing HR and Finance applications into the chosen ERP platform (oracle or workday). The PM applies advanced technical project management frameworks and methods in conjunction with Clients objectives to plan and execute enterprise
administrative application domains (Finance, HR, Student Systems, Supply Chain and Research) projects. The Administrative Systems Project Manager is an experienced technical/functional professional who can resolve highly complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Project Manager determines methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results and manages projects of broad and diverse scope, size, impact, budget, and/or project team size with considerable effect on the organization.

Skills and Requirements
1) 5+ years of experience managing projects in Enterprise Applications, specifically a Workday or Oracle ERP implementation.
2) Previous leadership of at least one company wide ERP implementation or similar large scale, multi-year cross functional systems integration and project implementation (in a health care
setting is preferred).
3) Experience/ knowledge of major ERP and HCM platforms
4) Strong knowledge of definitions and uses of data, financial and reporting systems, information flow, and data architecture. Competency in query functions and language, and basic data modeling. - Experience in the healthcare or higher education industries null
