Job Description
Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead and manage large-scale data center migration projects for a leading data center networking company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking, excellent project management skills, and proven success in delivering complex infrastructure migration projects on time and within budget.
Essential Functions of the job:
Lead the end-to-end execution of data center migration projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network architects, engineers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, communication, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee and coordinate technical teams to ensure successful design, testing, and migration execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to maintain project progress.
Conduct status meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
Work closely with Customer solutions teams to ensure deployments align with best practices and client requirements.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement through post-migration reviews and lessons learned analysis

Skills and Requirements
12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, with a focus on data center migrations.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-site networking projects with service provider customers or large financial services enterprises
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to scope.
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, infrastructure, and migration methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
Strong expertise in Networks solutions, including EOS, CloudVision, and spine-leaf architectures null
