Job Description
Provide accurate and relevant legal support for commercial transactions.
Drafting and negotiating various agreements, including sponsorship, venue, event production, vendor service and partnership agreements.
Pay Rate - 80/hr - 100/hr

Skills and Requirements
Current member in good standing, or registered in-house counsel, with the California Bar.
Minimum 5 years of experience practicing corporate or transactional law, In-House or Law Firm (preferably AmLaw 100).
Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
Experience with drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and creative personnel.
Team player willing to work with other attorneys and staff at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving skills and legal judgment.
Experience with or subject matter knowledge of advertising and data privacy-related laws and regulations. null
