Job Description
The program manager reports into the Global Program Management organization and will be responsible for driving delivery across the DE&ET organization. You will be supporting engineers and driving execution of projects at a program level.This is a role where you need to lead through influence- must have written/verbal communication skills. Must know your audience and have the ability to communicate to that audience. In this role, must be able to admit you don't know something but be able to go dig and find it, not afraid to ask questions until you find the answer and follow through on that. Must be comfortable with escalating issues and not be fearful of that.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of applicable project management experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company.
Proven experience with at least 5 year of experience in leading technology, multidisciplinary efforts across a large-scale matrix organization
MUST HAVE INFRASTRUCTURE EXPERIENCE- (and Physical space experience- data centers, studios for example) -this group builds sport center studios so network data center media streaming is helpful - all connectivity that they support development of -so understanding concepts and how it all fits together.
Financials- Fundamental understanding of impacts from financial perspective- Status reporting- risk management
Able to lead project meetings and workshops driving commitments, accountability, and deliverables
Demonstrated experience developing and managing software development project plans
Exposure to software development lifecycle methodologies
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve business results
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Exposure to modern software development and infrastructure tools, processes, and practices, including Jira/Confluence, Airtable, Smartsheets, etc.
End-user experience in the use of modern program and project management tools, such as ServiceNow, PPM, Clarity, Smartsheet, MS Project Online, etc.
Exposure to a wide range of productivity tools, including collaboration software (e.g., Slack, MS Teams), and standard MS Office tools (e.g., Outlook Online, OneDrive). null
