Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Fulfillment OTD Analyst for a top client in the AR/VR Industry. In this role, you will:
Monitor performance across the planning of, obtaining and scheduling orders for optimal flow through all nodes
Provide data driven escalations to teams with followup to ensure actions are taken
Monitor on-time-ship and on-time-delivery; anticipating paint points and escalating proactive decisionst to reduce risk
Seeking opportunities across the customer and internal processes to improve OTS/OTD KPIs
Understand the operational workflows with our 3PL
Support all internal fulfillment planning and logistics teams with data mining and root/cause assessments

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience working with on time delivery (OTD) and Order Management
Proficiency in Excel and Tableau and comfortable working with large data sets
Experience troubleshooting OTD issues and working with cross-functional groups
3PL - third party logistics
Ability to start, lead and close out projects - Oracle ERP
