Job Description
Insight Global Health is looking for a Data Analyst for one of our largest Healthcare clients. the successful candidate assists with comprehensive data collection and analysis that integrates the institutional goals and initiatives related to patient access improvement with scheduling and registration activities at the Patient Access Center. This position is responsible for preparing large quantities of data into integrated, easily visualized, accurate and timely reports. The position is also responsible for assisting with the maintenance and support of various data tools. The Data Analyst expertise includes data analytics regarding ambulatory care operations and call center operations. The Data Analyst provides analytic support to multiple departments and develops a variety of complex ad hoc, production, and/or trend reports to support business decisions and operational processes for internal and external customers.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors Degree
2 years experience manipulating and analyzing data from large relational database files.
Expert proficiency in Excel and/or other software associated with data analytics
Understanding and/or experience with master data management or responsibility for large, complex data sets preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong interpersonal communications skills, ability to work across disciplines in collaborative environment and explain trends in data null
