Job Description
Position Summary:
We are recruiting for a Sr. Staff Engineer, SAP FICO in Tempe, AZ. This position will:
Design, build and deploy SAP-based ERP solutions
Lead analysis and design in the SAP FICO area with close cooperation with the finance team
Conduct structured testing internally and with end-users
Ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements
Pay - $70/hr - 80/hr

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications:
BS Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
A minimum of 7+ years of SAP FICO implementation, rollouts and support experience
At least three full life cycle implementation of FICO modules as a lead or an analyst is required
Strong experience in core finance modules: New GL, AP, AR, Assets, Investment Management and Multi-currencies
Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions following SDLC process
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Strong organizational skills required
Detail oriented, self-directed with strong problem-solving skills
Understanding of ticketing systems such as Service Now
Must have the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects at the same time null
