Insight Global IT Business Analyst in The Woodlands, Texas
Job Description
An Oil & Gas customer of Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team to sit in The Woodlands, TX, on a hybrid schedule 3 days a week and as needed with travel up to 5% within the Texas area. The IT division's primary goal over the next few years is focused on their Data Transformation efforts that will support all of the company's domains for midstream assets. This person will be working alongside stakeholders, business unit leaders and technical team members for the designing, developing, and deploying of innovative data and analytical solutions to enhance current operations and shape the future of the organization. They will review and design requirements, create user stories, and provide valuable input in an Agile environment to help this project full lifecycle. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $65-85/HR.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst on an Agile team
Proficiency in requirements gathering, creating user stories, business process mapping, and solution analysis
Ability to work with and deliver through 3rd party vendors
Experience with project management tools, preferably Azure DevOps PM suite and components, Trello, Jira, or MS Project Previous experience supporting a Data Transformation
Experience in Oil & Gas, preferably Midstream null
