Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a BSA to join one of the Big 5 Banks downtown to support the growth of their virtual banking platform process engineering team. The role will be apart of a new launch and will be focused on supporting from a process perspective. You will be successful in the role if you have lead experience as well as experience with process mapping and with tools such as lucid or visio, are a strong communicator, and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as a BSA
Experience creating process focused documentation such as process maps and process diagrams.
Experience using tools such as Lucid, Visio or similar technologies to create process maps
Experience in agile and waterfall environments
Experience in banking domain
Strong communication skills with ability to bridge the gap between business and technology null
