Insight Global DNS Specialist in Toronto, Ontario
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a DNS specialist for one of its largest financial clients. The application operations team is doing external domain security work and will be handling domain name security day in and out. This individual should have strong knowledge in DNS (internal and externally) and SMTP with a background in infrastructure networking.

Skills and Requirements
*Experience hands on managing core routing, switching.
Good working knowledge of DNS (domain name service) both internally and externally.
Knowledge of domain name service tools like Infoblox and registrar and IP enrichment.
Good working knowledge of SMTP (simple mail transfer protocol)
Need to be able to break down DNS hierarchy and internal routing.
In depth experience with domain registration and domain hosting.
Knowledge of MX record and how it works (type of DNS record)
Knowledge of phishing emails, what they are, the damage they cause and how to solution. * Knowledge of SPF
DKIM and DMARC records work in securing email communication
AGARI tool (any hands on with this HUGE)
CSC for verifications - comparing domains from both Agari and CSC to see if they need to break them null
