Insight Global L2 Support Specialist (Teams Voice) in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

As an integral part of our Workplace Technologies team at CIBC, you'll be supporting end-user voice and networking solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include L2 operations and support for Teams Voice. Additionally, you'll actively participate in the on-call rotation, ensuring seamless communication for our organization.

Skills and Requirements

  • The candidate must possess experience in a Level 2 (L2) support role and be actively seeking a similar position.

  • Required experience in supporting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).

  • The applicant should have some networking knowledge applicable for troubleshooting purposes.

  • It is essential for the candidate to have a good personality, remain composed under pressure, be friendly, and work well in a collaborative environment. * Preferably, some experience in supporting teams voice.

  • Experience with Poly phones will be considered helpful.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) products or similar technologies (such as CISCO Cube or Audiocodes) will be viewed as an advantage.

  • Fluency in French would be highly advantageous but is not mandatory. It would be ideal for the candidate to speak French when they go live. null
