Insight Global Marketing Manager in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Manager to join a leading banking client downtown Toronto. The selected individual will be joining the Digital Acquisition team and be responsible for the execution of digital marketing campaigns across Everyday Banking and Personal Lending.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives

  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate with internal teams (product marketing) to launch digital campaigns on time and within budget. Monitor campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance identify trends, and measure ROI and KPIs. Use data to optimize spend and enhance results.

  • Creative Growth Strategies: Brainstorm innovative approaches to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience leading digital marketing campaigns

  • Experience communicating with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end campaigns

  • In-depth knowledge of key media channels and platforms, including social (Facebook Ads Manager) and search (Google Ads and Search Ads 360)

  • 2-3 years using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics

  • Background or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field - Experience working at a marketing agency

  • Financial services experience null
