Insight Global Service Desk Analyst in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Day-to-Day

- Virtual Service desk on Zoom

- Take in tickets and triage or escalate them

- Attempt to resolve issues in the first 15 minutes of in-take

- Walk-up requests (in office)

- Removing security

- Onboarding and offboarding

- Fielding calls

- MFA sign-on

- O365 support

- No hardware fixing component

- 75% on Windows software and 25% on Mac software

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves

- 3-5 years of Service Desk Analyst Experience

- Experience with ServiceNow and Windows software

- GREAT comm and customer service

  • Strong understanding of ITIL is a bonus Plusses

- O365, Azure

- Ability to work in fast-pace environment

- Ability to multitask

- Strong soft skills null
