Insight Global Shipping & Logistics Coordinator in Toronto, Ontario
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join a large clinical client on a 12 month contract on-site in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling new and existing shipping request for B2B and B2C customers. Previous experience handling customer calls/emails and shipping communications is crucial to succeed in this role.

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years experience working as a Logistics Coordinator for medium to large sized organizations (preference for clinical background).
Strong customer service experience and the ability to handle challenging customers.
Previous logistics experience pertaining to shipping protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt when procedures change. - Previous Clinical industry Experience
