Insight Global Shipping & Logistics Coordinator in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join a large clinical client on a 12 month contract on-site in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling new and existing shipping request for B2B and B2C customers. Previous experience handling customer calls/emails and shipping communications is crucial to succeed in this role.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience working as a Logistics Coordinator for medium to large sized organizations (preference for clinical background).

  • Strong customer service experience and the ability to handle challenging customers.

  • Previous logistics experience pertaining to shipping protocols and procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt when procedures change. - Previous Clinical industry Experience

  • Tech Savvy and willingness to learn new tools null
