Insight Global UX Engineer in Torrance, California
Job Description
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Design and prototype user interfaces and interactions for the IDP on Spotify Backstage, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
Work closely with the development team to implement and iterate on designs, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and smooth functionality.
Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to the overall design system of Spotify Backstage.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance the IDP experience.

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience as a UX Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and prototyping skills.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Experience with front-end development (react & typescript)
Familiarity with Spotify Backstage or similar developer platforms is a plus. null
