Insight Global Physical Therapist in Tyler, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist for one of the largest home health organizations in the country. The coverage radius for these two openings are 30-40 miles between the Canton and Palestine areas of South Dallas. The Physical Therapist will have an active license in the state of Texas, evaluate the patient's functional status and physical therapy needs, assist the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care, and observe/report the patient's response to treatment and any changes in his/her condition to the supervising nurse and/or the physician. The targeted salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 per year with a mileage reimbursement of 48 cents/gallon.

Current Physical Therapy license in state of Texas
Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle - Previous home health experience null
