Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead to join a leading global consulting firm on a part-time, fully remote, long-term contract for a client based in Saskatchewan. This person must possess experience with the implementation and post-implementation support of Oracle Cloud Payroll modules. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing payroll tickets, defects, issues and overall operational support on a functional level.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll Support
5 years' experience with Payroll process support.
Oracle Cloud Payroll certification
Comfortable being the first contact for end-user service requests with Oracle Cloud Payroll through assessing issues, researching, and suggesting solutions.
Understanding of the full cycle implementation and post-implementation support of the Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll module
Experience with configuration changes and implementing enhancements.
Successful track record in addressing post-implementation issues through identifying and resolving gaps in system design and misconfiguration and providing adequate user guidance. null
