Insight Global Systems Analyst in Vancouver, British Columbia
Job Description
The Regional Digital Health Solutions portfolio is seeking a Systems Analyst to support Vancouver Coastal Healths (VCH) Lions Gate Hospital redevelopment project in the new Paul Myers Tower. The Systems Analyst will support TeleTracking Products such as Real Time Location systems (RTLS), Capacity Management Suite and Vocera Team. The Systems Analyst is expected to perform day to day operational activities including application monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and implementing changes following the Regional Digital Solutions change control process. The systems Analyst may also be required to assist with in-flight project deliverables.
Day to Day you will:
As a Systems Analyst you will:
Perform applications monitoring troubleshooting, configuration and testing
Assistance with inflight projects as needed
Use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with a variety of business, technical and clinical stakeholders
Document your processes, troubleshooting and configuration for future use

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves
Experience as a systems analyst with Tele Tracking products such as implementation / configuration experience with Teletrackings capacity management suite, clinical workflow suite, RTL's, & or Vocera
Systems analyst experience in a Healthcare environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in your many
Excellent documentation skills
Diploma / degree in Computer Science - Experience with Tele trackings Massimo ( patient monitoring technology) null
