Insight Global Remote Senior IAM Engineer in Warren, New Jersey
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer to work remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and providing guidance for IAM accelerations and adaptations across multiple platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing engineering and operational support to the team. Currently, the organization is transitioning from Sailpoint IDN to Sailpoint ISC for access provisioning. Additionally, you'll work with CyberArk version 12.1 and migrate legacy data to version 12.6. Collaboration with executive directors, lead IAM architect, and managing offshore vendor team is essential to understand the existing acceleration project's roadmap while ensuring compliance with SOX regulations.

Skills and Requirements
-Has served as the Subject Matter Expert for SailPoint (access provisioning), CyberArk, governance, and deliverable needs for a minimum of 8 years.
-Refine robust Identity Management operational processes for all products within operation, focusing on Service Management (i.e., incident handling, metrics, escalations, etc..)
-Extremely aware of SOX compliance and able to prevent the team from any compliance roadblocks.
-Evaluate and test IAM products and platforms (on-prem/cloud -- SAS, Azure, and AWS)
-Analyze business requirements and industry best practices to design, deploy, configure, and implement an analyze Identity Governance solution.
-5+ years of leadership experience to help support offshore team
-Able to document within Jira, Confluence, Aha or Smartsheet Pay Rate Range: $85-95/hr depending on experience null
