Insight Global TS - JIRA Developer in Washington, District Of Columbia
Job Description
-Plan, architect, design and build Atlassian JIRA/Confluence environment
-Install, configure and maintain Atlassian JIRA/Confluence
-Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and senior management to implement systems features that enable a combination waterfall and agile solution to support infrastructure tech refresh efforts
-Recommend and design standard and custom JIRA workflows and
-Install, manage and support various development tools, testing tools and monitoring tools
-Plan, evaluate, deploy, operate and maintain tools to suit the expanding user-base
-Provide training to technical and non-technical teams to use Atlassian tools
-Investigate, troubleshoot and fix issues related to development, applications, application servers
-Recommend and set up Atlassian Plugins

Skills and Requirements
-Must have an active Top Secret clearance
-10+ years of experience with Agile frameworks, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence including tool administration and customization.
-Bachelor's degree is required.
-Experience configuring JIRA modules and selecting useful add-ons
-Excellent understanding of JIRA workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens schemes, etc.
-Demonstrated experience in writing scripts and automation
-Experience in a supporting technical discussions with customers null
