Insight Global Incident/Problem Manager in Westfield Center, Ohio

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Incident/Problem Manager for a large Insurance company near Cleveland, OH! They will be working on the IT Service Management organization responsible for incident and problem management practices. They will be working in Easy Vista service tool helping to analyze incident data, track and document incident data across the organization including US Specialty group data. Additionally, managing problem queues, Incidents (break-fix), and root-cause analysis. Looking for someone to reinvigorate their problem management practices by ensuring that in cases where incidents have occurred, root-cause analysis tickets have been submitted as well for larger incidents. Complete full checklists to best of ability and in-depth tickets.

Skills and Requirements

- 3+ years experience in service management

- 1+ year in problem management

- Root-cause analysis and attention to detail

- Ability to communicate with non-technical people.

- Experience with ServiceNow, Easy Vista, Splunk, or similar service desk tools

- Business Continuity in terms of backup and support for disaster recovery - ITIL certification (V3 or V4)

- Associate or bachelors Degree null
