Insight Global Insurance Follow Up Representative in White Plains, New York
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Insurance Follow Up Representative to join the patient accounts team at a top healthcare company. This person will be responsible for initiating follow up to third party payers on delinquent accounts. They will be reviewing all backend revenue cycle billing issues, such as resolving accounts, rebelling accounts, and initiates refund to patients or insurance carries as needed.

Skills and Requirements
Prior experience with back end revenue cycle, specifically UBO4 billing
Following up on claims and resolving outstanding accounts
Prior experience with commercial and government billing (BCBS, UHG, Aetna) null
