Insight Global Director of Treasury in Wilder, Kentucky

Job Description

A Manufacturing Company is seeking a direct hire Director of Treasury to join the team for an onsite role in Wilder, KY. This person will be responsible for the planning and execution of day-to-day and period-end Treasury activities including managing the companys cash flow forecast, ensuring compliance with company, department, and audit standards to maximize the protection of the companys cash assets, ensuring compliance with the companys debt indenture requirements, and managing relationships with the companys banking partners and syndication leaders. Create the vision, strategy, and standards by which the Treasury department provides leadership and value to the organization. Manages all banking needs.

Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management of the Treasury functions
  1. Cash Flow Management:

Oversee forecasted cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment.

Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

  1. Risk Mitigation:

Use hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks related to currency and interest rates on the companys cash flows and borrowings.

  1. Strategic Financial Planning:

Advise management on the liquidity aspects of short- and long-range planning.

Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that control treasury activities and support regulatory reporting.

  1. Banking Relationships:

Maintain strong communications with domestic and global banking partners.

Manage broker databases for trade clearance and counterparty risk.

  1. Financial Reporting and Compliance:

Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of billing programs.

Oversee debt compliance and reporting.

  • Able to be 5 days onsite in Wilder, KY
