Insight Global Information Security Analyst in Wood Dale, Illinois
Job Description
Our client has just acquired company that they are current integrating into their environment. With this, they need to add a security analyst to the existing team. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring security systems to protect the company and computer networks from cyber-attacks, and help set and maintain security standards. This includes securing the online and on-premises infrastructure, filtering out suspicious activity, and finding and mitigating security risks before security incidents can occur. They will work across the entire organization to identify and correct flaws in our security systems while monitoring security tooling for signs of possible events leading to incidents.

Skills and Requirements
3 to 5 years of security analytics experience.
Strong security operations background designing, implementing, and monitoring all company/computer network systems.
Strong networking experience knowing how to look at a diagram of the entire enterprise network.
Extensive experience with MS tech stacks AD, Windows, Azure, etc.
Kali Linux experience.
Unix and Linux encryption technology experience.
SSL VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, etc.
BA in related field. Rapid7, Splunk, Nmap, etc.
Government to aerospace industry experience. null
