Insight Global Technical Customer Support Specialist in Woodland Park, Colorado

Job Description *

An employer based out of Colorado is looking to bring on a Technical Customer Support Specialist on their team as 6 month contract to hire onsite in Woodland Park, CO. This is a growing broadband company that provides fiber internet to home and small businesses. This individual will be responsible all incoming tasks such as technical support and dispatch requests, resource coordination and interdepartmental communication. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, your primary function is to respond to customer requests and systems alerts. You will provide day-to-day support to ensure incidents and customer requests are managed in accordance with quality standards and the goals of the company are achieved. Ability to provide support to end users with TV issues, LTE internet and wireless issues.

Rate: $20.00/hr

Skills and Requirements

Required Skills and Experience *

  • 2+ years in a technical support role in IT

  • High Diploma or GED

  • Telecom background null
